What If It Were True?
Are International News Organizations A Cabal?
“Millions of people around the world believe our planet
has been visited by extraterrestrial beings in our distant past…
what if it were true?”
You may recognize this quote as the introduction to the cable TV series Ancient Aliens. It is certainly an interesting question. It goes on to wonder if those theoretical visitations may have influenced, or possibly continue to influence, the course of human history. Many people dismiss Ancient Alien Theory as a hoax designed to play on the UFO phenomenon and the popularity of believing everything about our reality is a misconception. A convenient way for people who are alienated by religion, but suspicious of government notions of science and archeology, to fabricate a simplified explanation for the human condition.
In their minds, you have to be dumb to think extraterrestrials have been visiting and influencing the evolution of mankind for millions of years. Apparently, standard scientific explanations that a biogenesis originated the first RNA, nucleic acids, amino acids and lipids, is not sufficient to millions of people around the world. So they are characterized as ‘dumb’ by the mainstream scientific community and major media experts.
Challenging the accepted explanation for things is a uniquely human characteristic. It explains many of the human race’s most incredible technological and philosophical advancements. Today, we call it “thinking outside the box.”
The irony is that millions of people around the world also believe that major news organizations, both on the private side and on the official government/public side, are manipulating common knowledge by intentionally altering, editing or even fabricating news stories. The genesis of this cultural phenomenon became ubiquitous during the Presidential campaign of 2016 when Donald Trump called out CNN for broadcasting inflammatory charges that could not be collaborated.
Consequently, political partisans in America, and now to a larger degree around the world, are claiming that their opposition has control of the media and is manipulating the public with Fake News. They claim that those that don’t agree with them are being misled by a conspiracy of rich, fascist businessmen who would enslave women and minorities, or conversely, by a cabal of Marxist rebels who want to redistribute the Earth’s resources and create a socialist Utopia run by a One World Government of benevolent leaders who value social justice over greed.
What if it were true?
What if the most powerful, behind the scenes powerbrokers, actually were (and still are) feeding our citizens altered reality? Is it possible that as far back as the 1920’s, major news organizations were involved, knowingly or unknowingly, in presenting a false narrative of the social, cultural or geopolitical landscape, with the intent of creating diversions so as to facilitate the consolidation of power and control over the world’s population?
If you actually had designs on controlling the entire world, wouldn’t it make sense to first gain control of the systems that store and exchange information? In fact, wouldn’t it be a prerequisite?
Obviously the way we get our news has changed dramatically since the early 1920’s. With only a telegraph and newspapers to rely on, news was slow and mostly local. The world news was often days late and had to summarize complex issues to find space and readership. Almost everything Americans knew about World War 1 came through the eyes of a few organizations and their syndicated newspapers, and some very elementary radio broadcasts.
It was a one dimensional perspective. And all parties to war used that fact to advance their goals. The news media, as un-sophisticated as it was, was the most powerful weapon available to military and government leaders to affect the citizenry and to garner their social support for their war efforts.
By the time Hitler had consolidated his power and the world became aware of the Nazi threat, more sources had become available, but most of the news gathering was still limited to just a couple of reporting groups like the Associated Press. But Americans were starting to see some video coming from film reports, shown before movies in local theaters. Eventually, newsreels brought the reality of war to a growing audience that was hungry for more information.
We all know now, what we were not totally aware of at the time, that the reports were essentially propaganda.
The US government wanted to build support for the war effort and they made sure the visuals supported those goals. Sometimes the broadcasters were innocent pawns in the government’s efforts to stir up patriotism and give worried relatives back home some comfort. Other times the media worked with the military to withhold bad news or to delay releases so our forces had time to respond. As corrupt and disingenuous as that may have been, at least the different media elements were working together for the good of the country. They weren’t doing it for ratings and ad revenue increases. They were doing it to help America succeed in defeating anarchists and dictators from taking over the world.
They were, at that time in history, motivated by a sense of altruism.
By the time the Korean War was underway, some Americans had black and white television. The political decisions made about prosecuting the war were highly influenced by voters, as Americans became aware of better radio, more commonly available newsreels and a broader number of TVs in homes across the country. That war was presented as a simple moral conflict: the Chinese supported the corrupt regime of North Korea that was attempting to overthrow and absorb South Korea into Red China’s communist sphere of influence.
There was a national consensus that that could not be allowed to happen.
We all know now how much influence the media had on the prosecution of the Vietnam War. The same moral argument, that China was trying to spread it’s communist interests, was undermined by a coalition of academic, political, and student resistance and challenges to the power of the military industrial complex on American foreign affairs. Suddenly, everyone around the world was seeing the tragedy and horror of warfare being fought in the villages and jungles of Vietnam. And the young people being drafted to fight were also much more aware of what they were getting into. Many of them avoided conscription or went into service reluctantly. Thousands of body bags were being shown on TV being brought home for burial, and the inability of the military to actually demonstrate effectiveness, caused an enormous amount of social upheaval.
An entire generation of young idealists became incredibly suspicious of anything the government said or did. For the first time in American history, many Americans believed our nobility had been compromised by corporate interests and that not all of our war efforts were humanitarian.
Much of that angst was the result of Reel News (movie theater newsreels).
Or was it?
We have since learned that Soviet-supported leftist groups stirred up student resistance to the draft and the resistance to the Vietnam War grew exponentially.
Leading the way were the journalists in the news media. Some were embedded in the action and became aware of the manipulation of information.
I believe this period of time was the petri dish of what we now understand as ‘media bias’. The horror of seeing weak and under equipped North Vietnamese villagers being shot with automatic rifle fire or torched with flame throwers was gut wrenching. No matter how the US military leadership tried to warn journalists that war was hell, they still sent back stories of war crimes by the South Vietnamese and our own troops too. The communist propaganda anti-war machine was in high gear, and combined with student rebellion and international peace movements, Americans began to turn against our anti-communist policies.
Fast forward two generations and the domination of academia by leftist professors, the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder of watching the mysterious and unexplainable murder of icons like JFK, Martin Luther King, Robert Kennedy and the destruction of the World Trade Center on 9/11, has contributed to the psychosis of our culture so dramatically displayed during the election cycle of 2016.
I believe it was during the Vietnam War, when American citizens became privy to the fact that the military industrial complex was using war to create wealth, that the “powers-that-be” started consolidating their control over the media. It was do or die, in the sense that if the global interests, the international banking systems, the military industrial complex, the ruling families of history that controlled most of the means of factory production, of agricultural and consumer goods production, the major banking groups dominating the distribution and handling of money, not just in America, but around the planet, were to allow free and unfettered distribution of television and printed news, they would cede their domination, and eventually be dethroned by the bourgeois.
So the plot they invoked could be called “getting in front of the parade.” They formed a cabal to manage the worlds news channels, while disguising themselves as liberal minded, pro-American and unbiased “journalists” who could be trusted to “interpret” the days events.
They co-opted the leftism of the media intelligencia. They purposely subverted their commitment to capitalism and the self interests it promotes, to redefine their public image. They essentially became a counterintelligence agent for autocratic capitalism. They used a common secret police technique, “if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em.”
By forming a cabal, they were in a position to control the growing anti-war, and later the “social justice” movement.
Rather than trying to justify war, it is much easier to be the leading promoters of the peace at all costs movement, while simultaneously conducting business as usual behind the curtains of Fake News.
Recent studies show that over 80% of major news organization members vote Democratic. A majority of them are ‘highly active’ in social justice activities. The consolidation of an industry standard in a specialized field is not that unusual. What is different about this homogenization of thought is the strict adherence to the dogma. It is essentially a club that requires frequent testimonial reaffirmation of the doctrine: “From each according to his means, to each according to his needs.”
In order to maintain the facade over decades, the powerful Grand Marshals of the Fake News Parade must maintain strict philosophical discipline. By getting ahead of the parade, the “establishment”, or the major financial forces that control most of the major industries and governments around the globe, realized they had to project a dichotomy: The ideology and energy of the youth would be directed at ending wars, eliminating borders and nationalism, and creating a utopian society of equanimity and brotherly love.
The secret was to harness and redirect all that energy to a “social justice” movement.
If the media could continuously maintain an image of impartiality and nonpartisanship, it could duplicitously cheerlead the idealists, make boogeymen out of the “establishment” of conservatives, and promote nirvana, while still remaining in control of the purse strings and most of the core institutions that support the massive bureaucracy and infrastructure of “The Deep State.” This became an outgrowth of transnational banking and communications, because the politics of wealth is unrelated to the control of that wealth.
In this way, the same Grand Marshals of the Parade, the same Captains of Industry that have been holding the reins for centuries, could continue to lead the parade wherever they wanted it to go, and if done properly, their enablers in the “FrankenMedia”* would be their wingman for the inevitable battles with altruistic, constitutional fundamentalist conservatives.
(*FrankenMedia: A monster stitched together by the forces of anti-capitalist groups beyond just the mass media. The FrankenMedia consists of arms and legs of Hollywood film studios, newspapers, radio and television talking heads, radical feminists and gender deniers, banking and financial services globalists and at the head of the monster, education and public service unions.)
For the past four decades the social justice movement was also in a state of redefinition and rebranding. The same utopian pogrom that had been instituted in China (resulting in the deaths of at least 60 million Chinese citizens) via Mao Zedong, was developed under Trotsky and Stalin, and later under authoritarian regimes in Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Cuba and many smaller overrun states in Africa and South America (note how communists always pray on poorer countries where they can rile up revolutions and under the guise of saving the people from despots, they simply become the newest and most brutal and unrelenting dictatorship). It became obvious that those kind of revolutions at the barrel of a rifle would never work in post-industrial countries, so the Captains of Industry simply adopted better business principles to their media presentations. And as the technology of the space era exploded in digital communications, the FrankenMedia Monster was born.
The modernization of information systems has remodeled the tribal aspects of human existence. It is like the trend in international business: It is called consolidation. By merging smaller competing businesses, a large conglomerate can maximize efficiency, eliminate competition and increase leverage in the marketplace. The same dynamic is occurring periodically within political and social movements. Special interest tribes are bigger and more sophisticated, and desperate. The competition is fierce, and losers don’t just go home, they go extinct.
With the growing destabilization of post-industrial revolution democracies caused by Middle East conflicts, the rapid wealth accumulation of China and Russia and the radical transformations of demographics across Europe, the FrankenMedia Cabal has been developed by communist and Islamic osmosis.
Since American independence, and alignment with capitalism and acceptance of religions, is basically the only realistic resistance to world dominance of Communist or Islamic theology, it has to be taken down, at any cost.
Americanism is the only existential threat to world domination by authoritarian interests disguised as social justice movements.
And leftist ideologies know it and so do the Grand Marshals of Globalism. By co-opting the collectivist dogma of the left, these FrankenMedia transnational power brokers have merged the forces of revolution, and indirectly usurped their autonomy.
The poor bastards never knew what hit them. Progressive politicians have convinced themselves they are leading the parade to Paradise. They are the modern version of the useful idiots that were used by the Soviets during the McCarthy era.
The FrankenMedia Cabal has redefined our information culture and the roles of the pillars of our republic. The media is no longer a news gathering and distributing medium. Our schools are no longer a safe place for children to learn to become self sufficient adults. Movie theatres are no longer a place to go to escape reality. Most government employee unions have become obsessed with growing their ranks and their pension plans at the expense of any serious accomplishments in government service. For those who oppose conservatism, everything they do is now focused on recapturing political power and influence, from daily workplace conversations, to school curricula, to social network interactions, to everyday buying decisions, nothing escapes the immersion of social justice scrutiny and value judgement.
The FrankenMedia Cabal is a tool to affect social change. The power of the press is now being used almost exclusively to bully people who disagree with leftist perceptions that America is an imperialist, hegemonic, xenophobic, racist and sexist nation of old white Christian haters who want to imprison homosexuals, Muslims and strong feminist women. Schools are being used as re-education indoctrination centers for leftist ideology. Many states, like California, now support more government employees or contractors dependent on taxpayer revenues than they do private enterprise. Unions enslave their members to paychecks and pensions, using money collected from payroll (administered by public administrations) to bankroll leftist election campaigns and activism. Hollywood contributes endless propaganda films, pushing their narrative with films like Vice ( a political hit piece on former Vice-President Dick Cheney) and Truth (a historical make-good about the veracity of CBS anchor Dan Rather’s news reporting).
So the question has to be asked, how long has this FrankenMedia bullying been going on? Has the media community been pressuring and manipulating popular culture, and major historical, life-changing events for decades? Has Fake news become ubiquitous to our culture?
What if it were true?
What if, as some historians charge, Franklin Delano Roosevelt knew that Japanese pilots were flying toward Hawaii on December 7, 1942? If that were true, he may well have been held responsible for the deaths of over 2000 Americans.
How many people do you know that still don’t buy the Warren Commission Report that fixed the assassination of JFK on Lee Harvey Oswald? What if Vice President Lyndon Johnson, as has been charged by many, knew about the assassination before it occurred? That would have been a crime equal to the assassination of Abraham Lincoln.
Was it just too convenient that Dr. King decided to expose himself to an assassin by having a cigarette on an unsecured balcony? What if NASA pulled off the biggest fraud in human history by faking a landing on the moon? What if Rosie O’Donnell and her conspiracy theorist friends were right, and the Bush administration sacrificed 3000 American lives and a chunk of Manhattan to justify a military intrusion into Iraq to pursue non-existent weapons of mass destruction and support the Saudi’s control of oil prices around the world?
If any of these claims ever turn out to be true, some previous Presidents could be considered mass murderers! That would make Donald Trump look like a panty waste.
There are literally dozens of history changing events that we may never know the truth about. Events that literally changed the world in major ways. As time passes, it becomes impossible to unwind the truths and fictions of conspiracy theorists. If it is true that Americans have been duped into believing that we get unbiased and vigorously researched news everyday, and that much of what we thought was accurate reporting was in fact manipulated, than we citizens better get used to living in faux freedumb, and we have a lot of work to do to reign in this Fake News aberration.
